A silent moment
an invitation to silence
In the silent moments, we find ourselves.
Stop for a moment, and looking inwards, gently pause, allowing breath and heart to relax and find a natural rhythm.
Reflect, without focus. Silent. Quiet of heart.
Mind isn't invited into this attention. Let it be as it is.
Leave it alone, and it will leave you alone.
Let everything be as it is.
It's okay.
This is the art of self-reflection, this is the art of stillness.
