Minds will do what minds will do, but simpler than trying to corral our minds, is to pay them no heed at all. We only travel to future or past, if we choose to ride on the donkey of mind.
I once saw a fence along a small field, on the island of Mallorca. On the fence was a notice — don't feed the donkeys. No donkeys were in sight. Why? Because no one was hanging around paying them attention, feeding them.
This is a great truth - and also the great challenge. Keeping our minds out of the past or future.
A great truth indeed Korie.
