There’s no magic to this, this approach I share here in today’s post.
It is a simple case of looking, for yourself.
In this looking, you will notice that one thing doesn’t happen, and then another, and another, with neat starts and finishes. There is no time between our imagined events when there is nothing happening. Life itself is happening.
Except happening is not the best choice of word. Unfolding is more accurate, and entirely perceivable by any of us, at any time, if only we will look.
This unfolding is the unfolding of the fabric of the universe in the here nowness of it all. We, mistakenly believing ourselves to be also separate from all of this, unique, singular elements — we are also unfolding, every breath, heartbeat, flow of blood, nervous system, senses, spirit, all unfolding as threads of the great tapestry of life.
